Skin film

The Skin film (VSP) seals both on trays which are laminated with PE (liner) and on monomaterial trays (made of PE, APET, PP, PS and PVC), therefore easily recyclable. From today also to cardboard.

The skin film protects food as if it were a second skin. It is a very light packaging, highly protective for vacuum packaging without modified atmosphere (MAP).

• Easy opening with excellent formability (thickness from 80 to 150 μm)
• Impact and puncture resistant
• Wide range of processing temperatures (160 ° -200 °)

• Suitable for microwave oven
• Printable with both traditional and digital technologies

Lid film

The Lid film is a top tray for MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) that does not require further lamination process to bi-oriented supports. Very light, it has a maximum thickness of 25 μm.

• Lower thickness, compared to traditional laminates, means → a lighter packaging → higher sustainability and therefore an easier management of the end of life
• Excellent sealing properties and anti-fog properties
• Adatto al confezionamento di carni fresche, pollame, prodotti ittici, ma anche piatti pronti
• Suitable for packaging of fresh meat, poultry, fish products, and also ready meals
• Sealable onto trays with laminated PE (liner) without wrinkles thanks to the appropriate heat-shrinking force
• High barrier to oxygen (thanks to the presence of EVOH)
• Excellent mechanical properties
• Printable with traditional or digital technologies.
